This project consisted of the design and reconstruction of Brooklyn Avenue, Pioneer Street/Lake Street and Elm Street in the Village of Cooperstown.
The major components of the project included:
- Replacement of approximately 2,325 feet of sanitary sewer
- Replacement of 1,265 feet of storm sewer
- Replacement of 1,714 feet of water main
- New pavement, curbing, and sidewalks
