This project consisted of the design and street reconstruction of the Village of Lark Street Neighborhood including replacement of all utilities. The total cost of this project was $1 M. The major components of the project included:
- Replacement of 750 feet of sanitary sewer
- Replacement of 1,500 feet of 8” water main
- New pavement, curbing and sidewalks
- Replacement of storm sewer facilities
