This project entailed the replacement of an existing water main along with the installation of a new well, well pump house, supply line, and control upgrades. The major components of the project are the following:
- New groundwater production well with a floodway protective measures
- Replacement of approximately 3,000 LF of 8” water main by both open trench and directional drilling
- Water System Control Upgrades to replace the system altitude valve for more precise control of storage levels
- Water services reconnection
- A new 32 ft x 28 ft WTP including arsenic removal treatment system, and sodium hypochlorite injection
- Ground Source Heat Pump HVAC system
