This project consisted of Stormwater Rehabilitation and Pavement Rehabilitation on Coulter Road in the Town of Andes. The major components of the project include the following:
- Drainage Design and Coordination with CWC and NYCDEP
- Project Coordination with Municipality and Contractor
- Design of Street Reconstruction and Drainage System, including new gutters, storm sewers, ditches, and culverts
- Design of Stormwater Treatment System of check dams and trash/debris hoods to Treat Road Runoff before Discharge to the Stream
