This project consisted of site plan and grading for a 12 lot, 160 acre subdivision in the Town of Andes
The major components of the project included:
- Site evaluations and planning with the Municipality
- Site Development Planning & Facility Design
- On-site Wastewater Treatment System Design
- Drainage Design and Coordination with NYCDEP
- Design of Serveral Stormwater Treatment Ponds, Chanels and Roadside Ditches
- Preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
