Saratoga Water Services, Inc. (SWS) is a private water system that provides water to a population of about 6,000 in the Towns of Malta and Stillwater. Developers periodically apply for approval to connect to the SWS system. We review plans for conformance with system specifications. We also prepare Water Supply Applications to NYSDEC for each of the projects, as each project represents a service territory expansion.
