This project consisted of the construction of a new 22,000 sq. ft. one-story medical office building at the former Eden Park Nursing Home, located east of the existing Cobleskill Regional Hospital. The major component of the project included the following:
- Project Coordination with Architect
- Existing Utility Connections (water, sewer, electric, and gas)
- Construction of a new stormwater retention system
- New Parking areas
- Site grading
- Site Restoration and Landscaping
