Village of Cooperstown
Brooklyn Avenue, Pioneer Street/
Lake Street and Elm Street Construction

This project consisted of the design and reconstruction of Brooklyn Avenue, Pioneer Street/Lake Street and Elm Street in the Village of Cooperstown.

The major components of the project included:

  • Replacement of approximately 2,325 feet of sanitary sewer
  • Replacement of 1,265 feet of storm sewer
  • Replacement of 1,714 feet of water main
  • New pavement, curbing and sidewalks

Street Rehabilitation Project

This project consisted of the reconstruction of 2,200 feet of Main Street from Pine Boulevard to River Street.

The major components of the project included:

  • Cold milling 12,960 square yards of existing pavement and complete asphalt concrete pavement replacement
  • Selective curb and sidewalk replacement
  • Replacement of 2,020 feet of 12, 18, and 24-inch storm sewer
  • Replacement of 23 catch basins, 8 storm manholes
  • Replacement of 1,185 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer
  • Replacement of 9 sanitary manholes, and 32 services with 775 feet of service pipe
  • Replacement of 75 feet of 8-inch water main, 10 gate valves, and 5 hydrants
