This project consisted of site plan and grading for a 12-lot, 160 acre subdivision in the Town of Andes.
The major components of the project included the following:

- Drainage Design and Coordination with NYCDEP
- Design of Several Stormwater Treatment Ponds, Channels and Roadside Ditches
- Preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
This project consisted of site plan and building design of a 4-bay, 60′ x 80′ wood frame, Pre-Engineered facility for the Town of Bovina Highway Department.
The major components of the project are the following:

This $12.3M project consists of a new community wastewater collection system, pumping station, wastewater treatment plant and stormwater collection system improvements for a community in the West of Hudson New York City Watershed, situated along the Esopus Creek in the Catskill Mountains, a tributary to the NYCDEP Ashokan Reservoir.
The major components of the project are include the following:
- Approximately 18,000 LF of 8″ PVC Collection Sewers with Lateral Stubs
- 4″ HDPE Force Main and Pump Station
- Small Grinder Pumping Stations
- 12″– 24″ CPP Stormwater Collection Sewer Replacement
- Stormwater Treatment Facilities
- 75,000 gallon per day Sequencing Batch Reactor Wastewater Treatment Plant with Sand Filtration and Microfiltration
- Sludge Dewatering and Handling Facilities
- WWTP Outfall Sewer to Esopus Creek – Tributary to NYCDEP Ashokan Reservoir
- Preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)

This $5.6M project consists of a new wastewater collection system and treatment system for the Hamlet of Hamden, a rural community of about 200 persons.
The major components of the project include the following:
- 7,500 LF of 8″ Collection Sewers and 1,400 LF of 4″ Laterals
- One (1) Collection System Pump Station with 700 LF of Polyethylene Force Main
- Metering Manhole and Treatment Site Pump Station
- Two (2) 26,000 Gallon Septic Tanks
- Recirculating Sand Filters and Sand Filter and Control Building
- Absorption Bed Dosing Pump Station and Associated Polyethylene Force Mains
- 26,000 gpd Raised Cut-and-fill Soil Absorption Bed Subsurface Treatment and Disposal System

This $7.0M project consists of a new wastewater collection system and treatment system for the Hamlet of Bloomville, a rural community of about 250 persons.
The major components of the project include the following:
- 10,500 LF of 8″ Collection Sewers and 2,000 LF of 4″ Laterals
- One (1) Collection System Pump Station with 1,200 LF of Polyethylene Force Main
- Metering Manhole and Treatment Site Pump Station
- Two (2) 30,000 Gallon Septic Tanks
- Recirculating Sand Filters and Sand Filter and Control Building
- Absorption Bed Dosing Pump Station and Associated Polyethylene Force Mains
- 30,000 gpd Raised Cut-and-fill Soil Absorption Bed Subsurface Treatment and Disposal System
- Preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
The project consisted of Site Design, Hydraulic Calculations and Grading to accommodate a stormwater management system that would be functional and compliment the general aesthetics and landscaping for a 150,000 SF commercial Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The general purpose of the design was for run-off control into a tributary of the New York City Reservoir System.
