The project consisted of Site Design, Hydraulic Calculations and Grading to accommodate a stormwater management system that would be functional and compliment the general aesthetics and landscaping for a 150,000 SF commercial Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The general purpose of the design was for run-off control into a tributary of the New York City Reservoir System.

The major components of the project include the following:

Site Survey and Evaluation
Erosion and Sediment Control
Hydrologic and Hydraulic Calculations
Water Quality Management – NYCDEP Watershed
Retention Basin Design – 1 subsurface, 2 ponds

This project consisted of site plan and building design of a 4-bay, 60′ x 80′ wood frame, Pre-Engineered facility for the Town of Bovina Highway Department.

Drainage Design and Coordination with NYCDEP
Project Coordination with Municipality and Contractors
Design of Street Reconstruction and Drainage System
Design of Stormwater Treatment System to Treat Road Runoff before Discharge to the Stream

This project consisted of Stormwater Rehabilitation and Pavement Rehabilitation on Coulter Road in the Town of Andes. The major components of the project include the following:

Drainage Design and Coordination with CWC and NYCDEP
Project Coordination with Municipality and Contractor
Design of Street Reconstruction and Drainage System, including new gutters, storm sewers, ditches, and culverts
Design of Stormwater Treatment System of check dams and trash/debris hoods to Treat Road Runoff before Discharge to the Stream
